Synopsis: As part of their reopening celebrations, Tyneside Cinema hosted a free outdoor screening of 1987 ladies’ favourite, Dirty Dancing.

The design transplants film protagonists, Patrick Swayze and Jennifer ‘Baby’ Grey, to the rather camped-up backdrop of Grey’s Monument, Newcastle upon Tyne, where the screening was to take place.

The publicity campaign included poster sites, door-to-door leaflets, press adverts and a banner above the motorway.
