Project title: Cancelled project

Synopsis: This project was cancelled midway through production; which saddens me greatly as it was developing in a very interesting direction. The concept was to create an evolving portfolio of logo photographs; the client would literally carry a stencil of their logotype and shoot their surroundings around and through the stencil. The letterforms of the brand identity would remain uniform to maintain corporate identity, while the ‘fill’ of the stencil could be interpreted in any way; from documentary style to atmospheric lighting compositions. The photographs were created using a stencil, natural light and coloured paper. I also created the logotype letterforms using balsa wood and produced a series of photographs where shadows formed the typography of the logo.
