Poetry on the Move

Client: Juice Festival

Juice Festival approached Velcrobelly to design a series of posters for their 2011 Poetry on the Move exhibition, a collection of nine brand new poems written by children and young people aged 8-14 from across the North East in response to the theme of Olympics.

The posters were displayed in bus stops, shop windows, Tyne and Wear Metro stations, Fenwick and Waterstones in Newcastle and Metrocentre in Gateshead.

The kid’s portraits were photographed by the always-exceptional Keith Pattison.
