Pantomime poster design

Overview
We’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Nottingham Playhouse over several years to design title treatments and key art for their hugely popular annual pantomime productions.

These shows are a highlight of the theatre’s calendar and attract family audiences of all ages. Our creative role is to ensure each production is represented with bold, vibrant visuals that capture the spirit of the performance and help drive strong ticket sales.

Design approach
Our designs for Nottingham Playhouse pantomimes aim to reflect the fun, magic, and high production values of the shows. We use:

• Striking typography that feels theatrical and playful
• Shiny textures, glitter, and sparkles to suggest wonder and spectacle
• Bright colour palettes that evoke excitement and festive energy

Each visual is crafted to promote the show as a fantastical, family-friendly experience—a night of laughter, music, and adventure for all generations.
